Ulrike Beimpold’s carefully chosen texts, create a bridge from Heine and Nestroy, to Schnitzler and never-before published texts. The essence of the program is created by the classical Coffee-house writers: Peter Altenberg, Joseph Roth, Anton Kuh und Karl Kraus.
The CrossNova Ensemble depicts words and emotions with melodies of Bach, Mozart, Strauss, Brahms and Bizet, with new, somewhat unconventional arrangements.
